Honestly no reason to complain. Comfortable hotel, comfortable place for exploring Madrid. Absolutely spotlessroom with bathroom and the computer, as example as advertised. Nice staff and magnificent location in the city centre! Very close to all the major attractions, 100m walk from main station, and old Madrid.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met every demand, would recommend it. I greatly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the stuff where nice and welcoming. The airport was 25 km away...

I enjoyed the location of being off the main road. It was quite, not loud at all. The Metro stop is less than 100 meter away and 3 stops from the Atocha Main train station. I enjoyed the fact that only the people that are staying there or living there has access through the outer gate area. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor to the Hostel which is a plus to any traveler. Steve

I asked for a double room with the computer and bathroom, as example and they kindly provided it. Location: the hotel was next to the metro station Tirso de Molina, gardens, and all the major attractions.

Although I found it easy to get to the area and the street I struggled to find the actual door! A proper sign would have been good.

The owner of the hostel spoke excellent English and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He recommended a flamenco show and rang up and reserved a table there for us. The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly every day. The location couldn't have been better, there was no need to take public transport, we could walk everywhere.

We had one room without air conditioning which was the only downside really.

My room was spotless and had central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - the bathroom was clean. - the location was excellent in the center of Madrid. - the staff here was welcoming.

this was fantastic and great value for money, staff friendly and could speak english and so helpful. facilities were more than a 3star, couldnt have been happier with our choice.

I got a great bang for my buck at this charming little hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was super convenient. The staff treated me with kindness and made me feel safe throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe some more variety would be nice.

Thin walls, which allow for noise from other guests. Beds being too short for taller individuals
